The following recording is about 13 minutes long, and is being posted mainly for the clients I work with on deeper processes. It offers training in self-hypnosis, and will guide you in learning how to quickly take yourself into a very deep state of relaxation in order to facilitate and accelerate future therapies. It is very useful in and of itself, however, for through self-hypnosis, you can quickly release stress, boost your mood and shift your state of mind. It’s fantastic for those of you who are meditators, as it can help you train your body to instantly relax and your mind to directly settle down.
